Jessica Login is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified coach, 3 Pillars Method affiliate coach and nutrition educator. She has helped clients lose weight, fuel for performance, eat for improved health and supported clients through the emotional side of making diet changes.
About Jess
In her free time, Jess enjoys playing sports with her two sons and husband. She is a teacher, former collegiate softball player and recreational Crossfit athlete. After her own personal struggles with weight and body image, she is compelled to share her knowledge and passion for nutrition with others to help them reach their weight, health and fitness goals.
Our Program
The program aims to educate and empower clients to make choices that fit their lifestyle while helping them reach their weight and fitness goals. We begin with a gradual shift in habits which aims to improve diet quality. Next, we adjust protein quantity to fuel for your specific goals. Lastly, we conduct a thorough analysis on the entire diet and make more exacting changes to help you achieve your weight, health and performance goals. The program is designed to be both educational and sustainable for long-lasting results.

Whether you need clarification on meal options, guidance on navigating social situations, or support during challenging moments- clients have unlimited access to their nutrition coach. We schedule weekly check-ins via phone or video where we celebrate your wins, make adjustments to the plan and to learn how to eat for their goals.
